All apartments have a private bathroom with a walk-in or standard shower, a kitchen with an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Each apartment features a luxurious king-size bed, a comfortable sofa bed, and a 40” LED TV with a Netflix module.

Ground floor amenities:
Boot drying and ski/snowboard storage lockers. Bicycles can be securely parked in prepared stands in the building's garage. Each apartment has one free outdoor parking space.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the Hacienda, penalty: 5000 CZK.

Entry to the apartments in outdoor or ski boots is not allowed, penalty: 1000 CZK per violation.

Pets are not allowed.

Check–in: From 3:00 PM

Check–out: By 10:00 AM at the latest. A penalty of 1000 CZK/hour applies for late check-out.

Upon booking a deposit of 100% of the total price is payable. In case of cancellation by the guest, the cancellation policy is followed - see below. In the event of a shortened stay for any reason, the accommodation provider is not obliged to refund the money.

Cancellation policy:
The guest may cancel the stay (withdraw from the accommodation contract) for any reason or without giving any reason by notifying the accommodation provider. In such a case, however, the guest is obliged to pay the accommodation provider a cancellation fee (cancellation fee), which, depending on the time of cancellation, amounts to:
50 % of the total accommodation cost (non-refundable deposit)
75 % if canceled less than 14 days before arrival
100 % if canceled less than 7 days before arrival
