A parking space for your car is directly in front of the house. In the ground floor, you will find ski lockers with boot drying/heating facilities. In summer, bicycles can be safely stored in the building's garage.
Apartment 1 – Studio (29 m²) for 2–4 people, equipped with a double bed, a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom.
Apartment 2 – Two-room apartment (42 m²) for up to 6 people, equipped with a double bed and a comfortable bunk bed in the bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the second room. This apartment also features a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom.
Apartment 3 – Two-room apartment (40 m²) for 2–4 people, equipped with a double bed in a separate bedroom and a comfortable corner sofa bed in the second room. It also includes a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom.
Apartment 4 – Studio (32 m²) for 2–4 people, equipped with a double bed, a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom.
All apartments have a private bathroom with a walk-in or standard shower, a kitchen with an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Each apartment features a luxurious king-size bed, a comfortable sofa bed, and a 40” LED TV with a Netflix module.

Entry to the apartments in outdoor or ski boots is not allowed, penalty: 1000 CZK per violation.
Pets are not allowed.
Check–in: From 3:00 PM
Check–out: By 10:00 AM at the latest. A penalty of 1000 CZK/hour applies for late check-out.
Upon booking a deposit of 100% of the total price is payable. In case of cancellation by the guest, the cancellation policy is followed - see below. In the event of a shortened stay for any reason, the accommodation provider is not obliged to refund the money.
Cancellation policy:
The guest may cancel the stay (withdraw from the accommodation contract) for any reason or without giving any reason by notifying the accommodation provider. In such a case, however, the guest is obliged to pay the accommodation provider a cancellation fee (cancellation fee), which, depending on the time of cancellation, amounts to:
50 % of the total accommodation cost (non-refundable deposit)
75 % if canceled less than 14 days before arrival
100 % if canceled less than 7 days before arrival
